Larn Learning as a recruitment and skilling organization found itself in unchartered waters when the COVID-19 pandemic engulfed the entire world in a mire of lockdowns, businesses shutting down, layoffs, and general panic in the job market. With uncertainty all around, the stellar services provided by LARN Learning proved to be a life-saver for several young professionals who had almost given up hope of finding another job quickly.

LARN Learning was able to place over 500 candidates in jobs of their choice - and not because they were the only ones they could get. This was because unlike other recruitment agencies, LARN Learning ensured that prospective candidates upskilled themselves; they equipped young job seekers with professional soft skills - helping polish their communication skills, conducting themselves professionally, facing interviews with confidence, dealing with workplace stress, and so on.
