Resolve service requests and complaints as per the defined process, ensuring SLA adherence · Regular communication with customers on the status of the requests including product installations, repairs and returns · Interaction across touch points, including service centres, brands and stores to ensure timely resolution of the complaints
Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to the Customer Service Desk · Daily review & follow up on complaints and resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT · Review of parameters such as Customer NPS, VOC and take necessary steps to improve on the same
