We're looking for a Customer Happiness & Sales Champion — someone who can juggle a bit of everything: connect with leads, handle queries like a pro, and be the voice of our brand across calls, chats, and leads.

  1. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers based on leads from digital channels, CRM, or marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up with online leads generated via website, social media, and third-party platforms.
  • Convert leads into successful sales by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate products/services.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Inbound Customer Support

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, chats, and social media messages from prospective and existing customers.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and service-related questions.
  • Handle basic troubleshooting or service concerns and provide clear and timely solutions.

Escalation Handling

  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate internal departments as needed.
  • Track and follow up on escalated cases to ensure closure and customer satisfaction.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Share feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to help improve processes and offerings.
  1. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Communications).
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2C/e-commerce environment.
  • Prior experience in jewellery, retail, hospitality or e-commerce industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets Skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  1. Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with online lead sources and digital sales funnels.
  • Comfort with handling a mix of voice, chat, and email support.
