  • 1.Communication- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & regional language
  • 2.Computer operating knowledge
  • 3.E-mail communication
  • 4.Basic knowledge of ‘Point of Sale’ system (POS)
  • 6. Airport experience is added advantage
  • 1. Attend and assist the customers at store and provide adequate product knowledge
  • 2. Influencing and selling jewellery
  • 3. Achieve Revenue targets - Monthly / Seasonal
  • 4. Maintain high VM standard at store
  • 5. Addressing all customer queries
  • 6. Following up with the customers
  • 7. Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
  • 8. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
  • 9. Retaining the existing or new customers
  • 10. Maintain and monitor store inventory
  • 11. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel
  • 12. Working on POS, ERP system, Magento etc
