Sales & Upselling: Maximize sales by cross-selling and upselling, converting inquiries into purchases, and achieving sales targets.
Store Operations: Maintain product displays, ensure a clean and organized store, restock merchandise, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
Transaction Handling: Accurately process sales, manage cash, handle returns, and address billing issues.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally.
