Jewellery Store Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.

Age: 25-36

Salary: 5 to 6 LPA 

Location: Sector 18

Job Description:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations,
driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will lead and inspire a
team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, uphold brand standards, and cultivate lasting
relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Drive sales performance through effective strategies and training.
- Manage store inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
- Maintain store appearance and oversee operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Submit analysis reports and maintain audit compliance.

 Skills Required : 
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving sales performance and
employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and
motivate team members.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer
experiences.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales
techniques.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
