Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Analyst who will be responsible for managing business data, preparing accurate reports, and supporting management with meaningful insights. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in Excel, and the ability to convert raw data into clear, actionable information that helps improve business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Collect data from multiple sources, validate it, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and performance insights.
Design, maintain, and update MIS dashboards, trackers, and reports.
Support departments such as Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance with customized reports.
Automate routine reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Monitor KPIs and highlight deviations or performance issues to stakeholders.
Ensure timely submission of reports as per defined timelines
Maintain proper documentation, data records, and report formats.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and resolve data issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts).
Strong understanding of MIS reporting, data analysis, and data management.
Ability to handle large volumes of data with high accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of databases, ERP, or CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work.
Good communication skills for presenting data and insights.
