Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers.

• Promote and sell products/services to new and existing clients.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data.

• Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle objections confidently.

• Prior experience in sales/customer service is an added advantage.
