Job Description: The ideal candidate is as comfortable building immersive long-form stories as they are crafting crisp, conversion-led product copy. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, insight-driven content across multiple formats such as articles, guides, website pages, product descriptions, LinkedIn posts, and more, while ensuring every piece aligns with the brand’s tone, intent, and communication standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Long-Form & Editorial Writing-
Develop well-researched, engaging long-form content, including articles, guides, blogs, and category explainers.
Build narrative-led, structured pieces rooted in accuracy, clarity, and SEO best practices.
Create thought-leadership content and compelling brand storytelling pieces.
Product & E-commerce Content-
Write impactful product descriptions, feature–benefit breakdowns, and category copy that builds trust and drives conversions.
Ensure all product content reflects brand tone, style guidelines, and SEO requirements.
Collaborate with merchandising, product, and design teams to craft differentiated product stories.
Brand & Marketing Content-
Craft polished copy for website pages, landing pages, social media, emails, and digital campaigns.
Contribute to building campaign narratives and brand messaging development.
Maintain consistency and coherence across all brand communication platforms.
Research, Structure & Strategy-
Conduct in-depth research on topics, competitors, and consumer insights.
Apply keyword research and SEO principles to improve content visibility.
Cross-Team Collaboration-
Work closely with design, marketing, product, and category teams to execute content seamlessly.
Present drafts, ideas, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Eligibility:
5–6 years of professional writing experience across long-form and product-led content.
Strong command of English (UK preferred) with excellent grammar, structure, and storytelling ability.
Proven experience writing across formats - editorial, product descriptions, website copy, and campaign communication.
Comfort with research-heavy topics and the ability to simplify complex information.
Working knowledge of SEO, keyword tools, and basic content performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality.
Experience in D2C, lifestyle, jewellery, luxury, fashion, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
