Job Description:
We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to the creation of engaging user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to deliver designs that align with business objectives and enhance user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create and maintain design systems, libraries, and style guides to ensure design consistency across projects.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
Design for multiple devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop, ensuring responsiveness across all platforms.
Implement interaction design (IxD) principles, creating smooth and engaging user interactions using animations and transitions.
Organize and structure content effectively through sound information architecture.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the latest design standards are met.
Apply accessibility standards (WCAG guidelines) to ensure inclusivity and usability for all users.
Conduct competitor analysis and user research to identify design opportunities and enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Required Skills :
Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma.
Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Basic understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems and design libraries.
Expertise in responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, iconography, and spacing in visual design.
Experience in interaction design (IxD), focusing on animations and transitions for engaging user experiences.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices for accessible design.
Strong problem-solving skills, providing creative yet practical design solutions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a collaborative environment.
