Vice President of Sales

Job Description:

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and scaling our sales strategy across multiple channels — retail, e-commerce, and wholesale. You will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing team, and build the sales infrastructure necessary to expand our market presence. This is a key leadership role that blends strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals

    • Expand existing markets and identify new revenue opportunities

    • Define pricing, positioning, and promotional tactics in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams

  • Team Leadership

    • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across direct and channel sales

    • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement

    • Set KPIs and sales targets; monitor progress and optimize as needed

  • Channel Management

    • Oversee sales across all channels: D2C (online and offline), B2B/wholesale, and partnerships

    • Collaborate with Retail Operations and E-commerce to drive conversion and upselling strategies

    • Negotiate key wholesale and distribution agreements

  • Customer Experience & Brand Alignment

    • Ensure sales interactions are consistent with JewelBox’s luxury customer experience

    • Provide feedback loops to Marketing and Product for customer insights and trend analysis

  • Forecasting & Reporting

    • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and budgeting

    • Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on performance and projections

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or consumer brands

  • Proven track record in building and leading sales teams with strong performance metrics

  • Experience across multi-channel sales (D2C, retail, B2B, e-commerce)

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

  • High EQ and a customer-first mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
