Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Sales Executive with prior experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry. You will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our premium cosmetic products to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers and provide expert advice on product usage, benefits, and skincare/makeup routines
Demonstrate products to customers, conduct mini makeovers or trials when required
Drive sales by achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Ensure attractive product displays, cleanliness, and stock replenishment
Stay updated on latest beauty trends and brand promotions
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with the backend sales team
Requirements:
Female candidates only
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and selling skills
Presentable, confident, and passionate about beauty and personal care
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during promotional campaigns
Eligibility:
Minimum: HSC / Graduation preferred
Any certification in beauty, makeup, or skin care is a plus
