Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations in the Life and Health Insurance segment. The role involves driving business growth, managing a high-performing team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.
Drive sales performance for Life and Health Insurance products.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance productivity and skill levels.
Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and channel stakeholders.
Ensure excellent customer service and high retention levels.
Implement company strategies and promotional activities at the branch level.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, company policies, and internal processes.
Prepare and submit regular MIS, sales reports, and performance reviews.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in Life Insurance and/or Health Insurance.
Graduation in any discipline (MBA or equivalent qualification preferred).
Strong knowledge of Life and Health Insurance products and sales processes.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in branch operations, business development, and customer management.
Ability to analyze sales performance, prepare MIS, and take corrective actions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of IRDAI guidelines and compliance requirements.
