Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and articulate Communication Executive to manage and support internal and external communication activities of the organization. The role involves creating clear, consistent, and engaging messages that strengthen the company’s brand image and ensure effective information flow across teams, stakeholders, and audiences. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing in-bound communication on CRM, WhatsApp and Social Media - assisting customers for sale, customisations, grievances and any other requests.
Managing and updating customer data in the CRM System.
Handling of post-sales queries related to orders, deliveries, repairs, and exchanges.
Coordinating with the Sales, Operations, and Design teams for issue resolution.
Track customer feedback, satisfaction, and follow-ups.
Support loyalty programs and repeat-purchase initiatives.
Ensuring brand-consistent communication via calls, WhatsApp, email, and In-store.
Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written English (Hindi is a plus) skills.
Good coordination with copywriting skills.
