Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to ensure timely pickup and delivery of parcels to customers as per company standards. The role requires safe driving, accurate handling of shipments, and maintaining high service quality while representing Delhivery in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver parcels to assigned locations on time.
Ensure safe handling of packages and avoid damage.
Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, and COD amount (if applicable).
Collect cash for COD shipments and submit it as per company process.
Use mobile apps for delivery updates, POD (Proof of Delivery), and route tracking.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance checks.
Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Provide polite and professional customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Valid driving license.
Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
Ability to use smartphone and delivery apps.
Physically fit to handle parcels.
Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
Required Good knowledge of English.
