Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Insurance Sales professional to promote and sell Life and Health Insurance products. The role focuses on generating leads, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service while following company policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell Life and Health Insurance products to individual customers.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and field activities.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance process.
Provide after-sales support and assist in renewals and servicing.
Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports.
Follow company guidelines and IRDAI compliance norms.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Life Insurance and/or Health Insurance.
Graduation mandatory (any discipline).
Only Male Candidates.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales processes
Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Result-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Willingness to work in field sales and target-based environment.
Basic knowledge of documentation, policy issuance, and servicing.
