Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associate to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product features, and delivering an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong interest in jewellery and fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product details such as weight, purity, pricing, and design features.
Conduct product demonstrations and handle jewellery with care.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash transactions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Assist in stock management and inventory checks.
Required Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation.
0–2 years of experience in retail or jewellery sales preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach.
Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery preferred.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
