Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle implementation, customization, and system integration within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing technical architecture, developing advanced customizations, managing integrations, and ensuring seamless deployment and system performance aligned with Microsoft best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects.
Design and develop technical architecture and advanced customizations using X++ extensions framework.
Develop business logic, forms, workflows, reports, and integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Build scalable and secure solutions using X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and D365 development tools in Visual Studio.
Develop and manage integrations using Data Entities, OData, Azure services, Azure Service Bus, and middleware solutions.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, source control, branching strategies, and structured deployments using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Perform system performance tuning, security configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.
Ensure proper documentation, release management, and adherence to Microsoft best practices.
Required Skills:
4–8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) technical development.
Strong expertise in X++ development and extensions framework.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
Experience in developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services.
Hands-on experience with Data Entities, OData, Azure services, Azure Service Bus, and enterprise integrations.
Experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline implementation, source control, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
Strong understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
