Job Description: We are looking for a confident and presentable Online Jewellery Sales Executive who can showcase jewellery products to customers through video calls. The role involves explaining product details, understanding customer requirements, and converting online inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and showcase jewellery products to customers via video calls.
Explain product details such as design, quality, weight, pricing, and offers.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery.
Convert online leads and inquiries into confirmed sales.
Handle customer questions and objections in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Follow company sales policies, procedures, and SOPs at all times.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in handling video calls with customers.
Basic knowledge or strong interest in jewellery and fashion.
