Job Description: We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager – Insurance to lead sales activities and drive business growth across insurance products. The role involves managing sales teams, developing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
Drive sales of Health, General, and Life Insurance products.
Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
Recruit, train, and guide advisors/agents for better performance.
Generate new business through leads, referrals, and field activities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Health, General, or Life Insurance.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
Good knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
