Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our premium/luxury retail store under Reliance Brands Limited. The ideal candidate will bring a strong retail background, leadership qualities, and a passion for customer experience and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of store operations including sales, inventory, VM (Visual Merchandising), and staff management.
Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates and ensure high morale and performance.
Sales & Profitability: Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store targets through effective floor management and customer engagement strategies.
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, coordinate with backend teams for replenishment and manage stock discrepancies.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure brand guidelines are maintained, and the store is visually appealing and seasonally updated.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, analyze KPIs, and share insights with regional and central teams.
Compliance: Adhere to all SOPs, security, hygiene, and safety protocols in line with company policies.

Requirements:
Graduate in any stream from a recognized university.
5–7 years of experience in retail management (preferably fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
Customer-centric mindset and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems is an added advantage.
