Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader to manage and lead a sales team in the Life and Health Insurance segment. The role involves driving sales performance, guiding team members, ensuring achievement of targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/advisors.
Drive individual and team sales targets for Life and Health Insurance products.
Monitor daily sales activities, calls, meetings, and closures.
Support team members in lead conversion and customer handling.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Ensure proper follow-ups, renewals, and customer retention.
Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Implement company sales strategies and campaigns at the team level.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and IRDAI guidelines.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience in Life Insurance and/or Health Insurance.
Graduation in any discipline.
Good knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and customer lifecycle.
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Ability to track performance, analyze data, and improve team productivity.
Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of MIS reporting and compliance requirements.
