Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and professional Tele Sales Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound sales calls, effectively presenting the company’s products or services, and converting leads into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Convert prospective customers using scripts.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need.
Selling health insurance over the call, by considering the organization need.
Educating the customers online regarding health policy buying process.
To be focused on the quality of call and to give customer a better experience.
Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customer.

Requirement:
 Candidate with decent communication
 Should have experience into Outbound calls.
